Not at all. As long as we can access the windows (side gates unlocked, etc.), we are happy to clean while you are out. Many of our regular customers leave a key or gate code with us. We will text or WhatsApp you once the job is done.

Because we use purified water with no chemicals or detergents, rain will not affect the finish. The windows will still dry spot-free. We only reschedule in extreme weather like storms or heavy gales for safety reasons.
