About These Terms

These terms apply when you book or use window cleaning and related services provided by Neighbourhood Wash, operated by Simon Carney in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

Our Services

We provide residential and commercial window cleaning, PVC cleaning, gutter face washing, and fascia/soffit cleaning across Spalding and South Holland. All services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are free and provided without obligation.
• Prices quoted are for the work described at the time of the quote.
• If additional work is needed (e.g. extra windows, heavy soiling), we will agree the revised price with you before proceeding.
• Payment is due on completion of each clean unless otherwise agreed.

Access and Safety

• You agree to provide reasonable access to the windows and areas to be cleaned.
• Please ensure side gates are unlocked and any obstacles (bins, garden furniture) are moved from window areas where possible.
• If we cannot safely access certain windows due to obstructions, height, or hazards, we reserve the right to skip those windows and adjust the price accordingly.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a regular clean, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp or phone. Repeated missed appointments without notice may result in removal from our regular schedule.

Weather

We clean in most weather conditions, including light rain, as our pure water system produces a streak-free finish regardless. In extreme weather (storms, high winds), we will reschedule your appointment for safety and let you know promptly.

Liability and Insurance

We carry full public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused during our work, please notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, faulty window seals, or condensation between double-glazed units.

Your Property

We take great care around your property. However, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by defective fittings, rotting frames, or loose fixtures that fail during normal cleaning.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
